El Monte collision brought my car back from the dead. Shout out to Luis, very friendly and communicative guy. He was the best part of the process. He was on top of updates and made sure genuine parts were used to insure fit and finish was 100%. Shop crew did an amazing job on my car. They were able to blend paint very well. You wouldn’t be able to tell my car had any body work done to it. This is the best customer experience I have had compared to body shops I have dealt with in the past.

My experience at El Monte collision Center was perfect. Luis was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Had very good communication about the whole process. Kept me updated the whole time by sending pictures of my car. 100% happy with the results of my car. I would definitely recommend this location.

He made sure I understood everything that was happening with my vehicle and treated me with genuine care and respect. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and customer service. The quality of the repair was outstanding—my car looks like new again.
