I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided by the team. The job done on my vehicle was excellent and it was done in a very fast manner. The customer service provided by Paula is just outstanding since she made sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. Where do I begin? I brought my car to El Monte Collison Center to replace my bumper after minor collison. The process from start to finish was smooth. The employees were very kind, transparent and communicated with me throughout the entire process. When I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed the wonderful job they did. But when I got home, I noticed all of the little details that went into the repair. Honestly, it brought me to tears. As a single mother, I wasn't able to get repairs done that I needed due to the high cost. And driving around in a beat up car was becoming humiliating, especially because I have a career in leadership. You guys really put in extra work to make my car look beautiful again from shining my lights, scraping off the plastic that was peeling on my licensing plate, cleaning my tires. I am so thankful for your thoughtfulness. Thank you! 🥹
