It’s all in the followup! While my initial experience with ELB was less than stellar, the followup and resolution were outstanding. The owner was very responsive and took immediate steps to correct the issue and make sure it was right.To me,that speaks highly of their integrity/ pride in their work. The front office staff was extremely professional and courteous. ELB is the collision shop that I will return to for all future needs.

I was very un aware of the way they ran things, they should’ve made it clear they service one car at a time and they keep cars overnight; but they did originally talk to another person for me.
