When we got the car back the turn signal and backup light didn't work but Nikki arranged for the tech to be ready for it first thing the next day. She took care of it immediately and it was taken care of very quickly

Nikki and Nathan did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop regarding a major situation with my vehicle. Took longer than had hoped but I understand why. There is a clicking noise in my hatch which wasn’t there beforehand and I’ve touched base about that. Otherwise they were willing to put on a hitch was amazing!
