Everyone at Elevated AB was very kind and helpful. Early on we had a somewhat frustrating lack of communication and it seemed like work was slow to get underway, but overall, we are pleased. I Highly recommend Elevated Auto Body! I had them repair my 2022 GMC truck and everything in the process went remarkably well! Nathan was very attentive to me and my vehicle. He has excellent customer service skills and treated me like a king! Nathan kept me informed along the way and the repair was performed in a timely manner. EAB negotiated with the insurance company and I Benefited! Niki at the front desk was always delightful in our dealings. Great staff there! I had EAB do some touch ups on my truck while it was there and everything came out incredibly well. They worked with me on these items and I am Extremely satisfied with everything that they have done. I am very happy in how they negotiated favorably with the insurance company to have the Best work being performed, like the new door they used instead of one from a salvage yard. If you are looking to being treated fairly and expecting the Best work then this is the place to go! Thanks again Nathan and crew for doing such Great work!
