Was a returning customer of this shop as my family has had great experiences in the past. We have had many cars that they took care of from simple paint jobs to collision repairs. This last collision repair that was done by them was handled disappointingly due to lack of communication. Our car was with them for over 3 weeks, the first week was fine with them being communicative with the updates of what repairs was being done and so forth with an estimate completion of 10 days. They had an automated update system that said everything is progressing on time. When the 10 days was up if we hadn't called, we would not have known that the car was not anywhere near done. Instead of them updating us about shipment part delays which we only found out at the very end, they were radio silent for the next 3 weeks. We were the ones having to call asking when it will be done since we had a rental car that we were paying for daily till our car was repaired. Will not be a returning customer any longer.

I am 100% satisfied with elite. They had a great communication through the whole ordeal. I my car came out great looking good if I ever am in a situation or I need my car to be fixed. Julian was the first person I met when I brought my car into your shop. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. His office space was not part of the repair facility allowing to be neat, clean and quie, more so than even some medical receptionist areas. Julian explained the process to repair my car and the relationship with my insurance company and payments. Repair of my car was delayed because of my insurance company. Once it began I was updated by message frequently without my need to check in. When repair was finished, Julian explained everything that was performed on my car. The best part, my car was “spic and span” clean, inside and out including a beautiful wax on the exterior! I recommend Elite and Julian if you need your car repaired, 10/10!
