I was unknowingly charged 3%, for using a credit card after offering to pay cash. If I had known I was going to be charged for using my card I would have drove over and paid cash. This was disappointing.

It appears that it was very good. I know their customer service was very good. It has not yet been two weeks. I have not yet been able to wash my car or anything. Trinity and Patrick did very good in the customer service department with keeping up with assisting me before during and at the end. If anything changes after a car wash or when I can see in better lighting and not overcast or precipitation then I will update it so far great job!
