Several electrical items are not working that were working when we dropped off the car including radio, auto headlight, turn signal sounds, etc. almost like wires are disconnected. Paint looked great. Windshield was fixed. The weekly updates while my car was in the shop were nice.

There are issues with the car that need to be resolved. Electrical items that appear to have been disconnected during the repairs but no follow up has been done yet I keep getting asked to answer a survey.

Luther was wonderful with communicating and answering questions through the whole process. The repairs ended up taking longer than originally expected but we were informed of every step and they worked directly with insurance which was extremely helpful. Everyone we spoke with in the office was kind and knowledgeable as well. Based on this experience, we will recommend Elite to our family and friends.

It looks like the bumper paint wasn't totally hardened maybe? It was scratched just by driving home from the shop. I do have gravel/dirt driveway so maybe that caused it.

I spent a couple days sending emails and calling with no response. Apparently the woman who was helping me no longer worked there. Once Luther took over and contacted me it was a 10 for customer service
