ECC did a beautiful job repairing my auto body damaged vehicle

For one thing it took 3 months to complete my vehicle I was so disgusted that when the car was about to be delivered probably one week out, I demanded that I received my car back on that third month and I wasn't leaving without it. The shop manager then told me you have to take the vehicle as is so I said whatever, I'll take it. When I saw the vehicle I almost fainted because it was absolutely covered in filth, not once in 3 months did anyone ever wash my car, wipe it down, it had water spots and the Chrome that I customized with all had small pits already in it. Some had to be replaced. The paint job that they did for the most part looked like a match but there were three imperfections on the hood that they failed to address and as a result it is part of the scars on the hood of this 2021 CHR. I would never take my car back there again and to add injury to insult they never put back any of the trim nor did they even ask for it to be approved because it was approved prior that's how I know that they did not do the full extent of taking care of the customer. That is the bottom line and that's all I have to say about it.

Right side of sub head light is not working. Interior light doesn’t turn off during an engine is on. Steering wheel sometimes gets heavy.

The front bumper is popping out on one side but it's not too concerning. Everything else was great and I really appreciated getting the car back clean and detailed.

They made a super stressful situation so much better and utterly painless. My only one small critique is possibly having a more streamlined reception area where you can sign in somewhere. I usually kinda just awkwardly stood outside the employee door. But it never took more than a couple of minutes for someone to see and help me :) Huge mahalo to ECC! My car is a good as new!
