When I dropped off the car. I told the service lady that my car jerks whenever I put on drive after the accident. It happened after the accident and especially in the morning when the engine is cold/cool. It never been fixed. I called back after took my car home and was told by a lady that she doesn’t think it is the accident . I told her that it happened after the accident. Anyway, if the problem hasn’t been fixed, someone should have told us. In this case, we found out after took the car home

The customer service agents I spoke to were very warm and kind and made me feel very welcome. I also appreciated the frequent updates on my repair. The work was done. The car was not clean. The price was inflated from the quote. The woman who closed the account misrepresented our price conversation. I specifically said I did not want to spend more than 500 for the service. I was told the work could be done by Elite, and then advised they HD to sublet the work because thy didn't have th proper tool. For an additional $200. It's unfortunate, because they eeemed to be a good group of people. They did install my dash cam correctly and at a decent addional cost. I will come back for work that is covered by their guarantee. But will be taking new business elsewhere.
