I wasnt keen at first with Allstate just picking an auto repair place. But I went with their choice - Elite Collision Center. I went in for my appt. and met Tom. He was very personable and assured me he could find a low priced car rental since I didnt have that ins. coversge. Well I got a low priced small sedan. I said goodbye to my car and got shuttled to pick up my car. Tom said 2 weeks just in case of unforeseen problems. I mentioned to him it was important that I pay as little as possible for a car rental. If my car could be finished faster than slower I could save on rental fees. He said he already had that in mind. Btw, I got upgraded to a Toyota Sienna for same low price. Anyway, my car took 5 days only. I picked it up and it was beautiful. They took the time to do extra work. Tom gave me some leftover paint for touch-up of my other little scratches, he made my tires shiny, cleaned my interior. ECC really took into consideration my concerns, addressed them and returned my car in AAAAA+++++ condition. I recommend them without reservations. A fine company. Thank you Tom and crew!

I was so very pleased with Elite Collision Center. From the meet and greet appt. to pick up of my completed car, i was very happy with their professionalism, customer service and their auto repair work. I do not have enough words to praise this company. They went above and beyond the scope of the work. There was an issue of wheel locks where I had no key. They took care of it. I had no rental car coverage. They were able to help me get a very nice rental car at a low rate. I couldn’t pay for a car for a long rental period. They worked diligently to get my car back to me in half the time. My car came back to me cleaner than when I brought it in. I had to return for a door lock mechanism issue. I thought it would take a longer time. In and out in 10 minutes. They performed like a well oiled machine. I am so happy to work with this company. I will come back again if I need other auto body work. I recommend Elite Collision Center wholeheartedly to anyone as i have already done. Thank you Tom and da Crew!
