Tom, Kari great customer service. Ask Tom advise of my truck rust. He gave alternate. Appreciate the honesty. Surprise that repaired driver rear view unit shrank compare to passenger unit. I work good. Happy with ECC workmanship.

Our experience with Elite Collision Center was perfect from the time we first drove up until the time we drove away! The ECC team is professional and the jobs they did for us are excellent! The morning of the day we had to drop off our FJ Cruiser to ECC, we had an accident with our Tacoma, the fender flare got completely torn off! We picked up the part at Servco Toyota and asked Tom from ECC if they could fix our Tacoma too. No problem at all!!! Tom said when we pick up our FJ, it will be fixed right then and there! After only 3 days in the shop, we picked up the FJ in our Tacoma and after literally a few minutes the job on our Tacoma was perfectly done and we were driving away with 2 awesome looking vehicles!!! We will be sending everyone we know who needs body work to Elite Collision Center!!!

experience was amazing , they walked me through the process and made sure i understood every step and what they would have to do.. although , when i have been notified from the shop that my truck was ready to be picked up , i hoped and thought it would be the same and back to its normal shape and function properly . there were still glass pieces on my shifter , carpet , near the seats , and alot of other places from when my window was smashed . my headlights werent working properly , i understand that they were aftermarket , but they came with instructions that they should be able to read and understand knowing they’re mechanics and deal with these types of things on a daily basis . my windshield wipers arent working properly . and the front passenger window that they have replaced takes 3-4 seconds longer to fully go down , compared to the rest of the 3 other windows . although this shop were very responsive and respectful , i would have thought they’d do a better job .
