I couldn’t wait to review Elite so I submitted a review on google already, right after I picked up my car! Excellent service from start to finish, starting with Kari who did detailed inspection of my Subaru Forester Sport and kept in touch with me regularly to update me on repairs. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable, so 10 stars for her!! Also Tom (manager) practices great customer service and his team did an amazing job on my car that was damaged from front to back on one side; perfect parts alignment and paint match!! Finally, Elites coordination between themselves, Allstate and Enterprise car rental was flawless!! So mahalo Kari, Tom and the perfectionist body repairmen!!!

My Car was cleaned detailed sooo great! They were very Polite Kind Hospitalble offered Exspensive Hawaiian snack & this Ono apple Banana & great Tasting coffees!! ROSIE Being sooo young was so perfessional sweet Friendly & very GRACIOUS to us as well as the Mansger I forgot his Name he was there with her I think he openthis Co. But he's the one offered all these special snacks. Was such amazing Manager LOCAL guy . Our car is Great drives awesome well be using them again!! Our 4Runner looks great! You can't even tell that is was in an accident. The staff at Elite Collision Center was amazing! They did everything right. They even detailed our 4Runner before returning it to us, which was an unexpected surprise. There is a minor issue with the passenger window, it doesn't want to close after opening. I'll call them on Monday to sort it out. I will definitely refer my friends and family to them if they are in need of any type of auto damage repairs. Thumbs up to the whole staff! Mahalos!

Tom and the team at Elite Collision are wonderful! They took the time to explain all they needed to do to return my car to super condition. They got my car into the work queue when promised, and finished a couple ic days early. The end result is remarkable! The body panel gaps are perfect, the paint surfaces are flawless, and they even addressed a little damage not caused by the accident in the process! An outstanding job by the Team at Elite…they’ve completely earned my respect, appreciation, and I’ve been recommending them to friends and co-workers.
