It took a little longer then what I thought but everything got fixed to it's original state, they communicated with me along the way and updates. They made sure I left there satisfied and even told me if I had and questions or concerns to give them a call and they would be happy to help.

I would definitely recommend this shop for any repairs. I m very happy with the end results. I feel they went above and beyond with returning my vehicle, looking like new with the repairs. Along with returning my vehicle clean.

Me siento muy enojada porque me dieron mi camioneta con 5 millas de gasolina ni siquiera casi para llegar ala gasolinera sin importarles las consecuencias que yo pude haber tenido. Por haberme entregado el automóvil así y lo que me respondieron que ellos no se hacían responsables de la gasolina, aparte que me entregaron mi carro con detalle de pintura que les quedó así y me dijeron que lo iban a arreglar por garantía

I had a very poor experience with this business. They told me they would have my car ready within 2 weeks and that it could take up to 3-4 weeks (worst case scenario). They had my car for over 4 weeks & not once did they ever try reaching out to give me updates. I called them every week, multiple times, and every single time I received a different excuse as to why my car was not ready. It was very inconsistent & shady. Every week I was told it would be ready “next week”. Always getting delayed and pushed back. When I received my car back, there was new scratches all over my trunk. Also, there’s a waxy smudge substance that is all over the body of my car. Even on the side that didn’t need repair. The repairs were completed, but they damaged other areas on the body of my car. VERY highly disappointed.

Costumer service super nice but unfortunately I’m not happy with their job. They tell me is going to be 2 or 3 week, went I call the end of the 3 week they said one more week because they have some delay, they never called I have to call them again and they said is ready. I went to pick up the car and was scrunched on the back, I know my car don’t have the scrunched before. They said they going to call me to schedule a day the fallowing week to fixed, wait until Friday and call, and I dit the call again because I found the door they supposed to fix the handle inside was broken and finally I took the car back last Wednesday and they have to order the part for the door I still waiting. They are super nice but I’m not happy with their job sorry.

I'm not happy with the work they did, they couldn't remove the sensors that turned on at the time of the accident and I had to pay that cost more and I had already paid my deductible and they made excuses that it was another problem

I had a big job I side swiped a rail road tye made into a mail box holder the whole passenger side was damaged extensively yes I understood it was going to take a min but Derek and his crew did a awesome job and took the time to address any concerns I had in a timely manner I highly recommend these guys thank you I’m super happy 👍👍👍😁😁
