This is a great place to take your car when it needs bodywork. I have taken my Jaguar there twice (because people love hitting it). The car always comes out wonderful and the people are great to deal with. I will be using them for a third time to get the rust fixed on my husband’s truck.

Unfortunately, i did not ask nor did I think needed to for a written quote to repair two dents at the same time I was told a poor paint job on a previous repair would be corrected. The original repair job paint was dull and lighter than the brilliant black required along with no clear coat that I could detect. it def looked dif than the rest of the car paint. When i went to get the car, I was charged for the repair to the original repair paint job plus the two dents, costing twice what I was quoted verbally.

I would hope no one else will have this experience. I believed in trust and did not ask for written quote. I will never fail to do that again.

Front passenger side fender, hood etc were repaired along with windshield replacement two years ago. Finally after a year of looking at the paint job I decided to stop in and see what could be done. It clearly did not match on those parts. The paint was lighter and dull and I could not tell if it was the paint not being brilliant black as required or no clear coat or both. I was told it would be corrected. I also inquired about two dents. i was given a quote last fall for the dents of $350. When I returned to schedule the work, I was told $475. I did not object at the time. When i went to pay the bill after the work was done I was charged almost $1 thousand dollars. I inquired if the paint rework was included. The lady at the desk did not know, just said this was the bill. I actually have now paid for two dents that cost me twice as much as they should have and twice the verbal quotes.. Had I known the original paint repair was not going to be made right, I never would have done any of this. It looks good, but I'm very unhappy about the pricing.
