I'm 100% satisfied with Elk Grove Custom Collision. The knowledge, patience and skill was utterly outstanding. I asked tons of questions, Natalie and James we're so patient and professional with answering. My vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition, cleaned, detailed, even gas was added in ????????. Dealing with an accident and insurance can be a pure nitemare, the crew here made that experience much more pleasant. Thank you guys so much for all of your time and energy, you're appreciated. The girl at the front gave us the papers to sign and our copies. We were given the keys. I guess when there is an accident and repairs are done, no one needs to show you what was done? Just asking, I noticed someone else was explaining to the customer what was done on their passenger side door. For the people we met dropping off and picking up the car were nice.

Mario was very helpful and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the progress of the work being performed on my car. When I went to pick it up it looked great. I canât even tell it was in an accident. Hopefully I wonât need auto body repairs in the future but if I do I would definitely come back.
