Our car was at your shop to get repairs from a hit an run incident. We also requested that the front drivers side wheel be checked because it has been low since the incident. When I picked up my vehicle no one walked out with me to look over the car and due to lack of communication I was rushed to return the rental car and pick up my car. I looked the car over and noticed there is still a small dent in the drivers side door below the side mirror. We also informed the appraiser and the rep of the driver side tire that was damaged. The tire leaks air and has lower pressure than the other 3 tires since the incident. Upon driving the vehicle since picking it up pictures have been taken of the warning message and psi of the tire with it just driving from work to home. We will be returning to the collision shop in the morning to resolve this issue which again is an inconvenience as we both work full time jobs. Hoping to get this resolved and repaired correctly as soon as possible with above standard quality.

The collision repair was excellent. The window tinting I had done looks like it was done very well, however your pricing on window tinting is misleading. I have seen two advertisements for $159 to tint a car. The pricing on your website does not show that at all when in fact I paid $100 more than what was on the website. It was explained that those prices are for the back part of the vehicles only. Whole car pricing needs to be included. This borders on bait and switch. I would recommend to others looking for this service to shop around for better pricing before choosing your shop.
