The front desk ladies were nice and professional, but it was annoying that we were on time for our appointment but had to wait for so long. Also I had to check in few times for updates.

I was very satisfied with the overall service and professionalism of this shop.

My experience was a very positive one. I asked for a light bulb check for all of my lights. They found that one of the license plate bulbs and one of the brake light bulbs were out and they did a courtesy replacement of both bulbs. The only drawback is it took all day to replace my bumper. But I understand that additional parts were needed and were not delivered until later in the day.

Overall good and got the job done. Not all damage was detected at original inspection and customer identified and reported additional damage noted during vehicle clean out. Original estimate had to be revised and expanded plus the undamaged items included in original estimate (such as two taillight replacements) had to be removed from the adjusted estimate.
