I had my 2017 Toyota Highlander repaired at the Elk Grove Toyota Certified Collision Center after an accident that damaged the rear bumper. I was very satisfied with the service. The repair was completed in just 5 days, and the quality of the work was excellent. The process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend their collision center.

There’s a gap in my bumper that they never disclosed to me. If they knew my car has a different damage, then why did they not communicate that with me first before proceeding with the repair? Coz I feel like it’s something I should have decided on before proceeding. Also, they gave me different info’s about rental car than what AAA was telling me. I’m confused as to who’s telling the truth - this body shop or AAA? They kept promising me I’ll receive an email of my estimate but I never received it.

I got the car for just a few days, so far so good, the work done well! The reason it is a 9 instead of 10, because I was not warned that car finished earlier than what I was told. I happened to call to check on status, then I was told it is done and I needed to come pick up before closing. I called at noon, closing at 6pm. If I didn't call, I had even less hours to rush there to pick up. At the drop off day, I specifically asked when car is done, do I have sometime before coming to pick up, front desk told me I have at least the next day from date I get the call.

Rental car was somewhat confusing, long wait. I should have considered it was a Monday, and anyone with problems, or an accident was there waiting for cars. I informed Enterprise of the problem with the rental. Receptive. Body shop Excellent. Car in perfect condition. I continue to have leaking air right front tire...
