The repair quality is great. I can't tell at all where the rocks chipped my hood. They even fixed another spot that I was concerned with. The hood looks brand new now.

I was informed of how the process would go. It was really thoughtful of them to let me know to ask my insurance about additional rental days even though my car was repaired, just to make sure I wouldn't be unexpectedly charged.
