Service was great. I told my friends how well my truck looked and how well it was detailed. The only reason for a 7 is the emails that went out early in the processes setting an expectation of completion 7 - 8 days after I dropped it off. Final completion date was 17 days after drop off.

I do feel I wasn’t told the entire truth as to why it took longer for my truck to be finished. I called on Monday of the second week & was told it was going into the paint booth & would possibly be done by the end of the week or first of the next week. I called on Thursday & was told the wrong doors were sent so it put the painting behind. First it was getting ready to be painted then on Thursday it had the wrong doors sent??
