While the car was being repaired, Jacob would call me at least once a week to let me know where things were and what still needed to be done. They were very thorough and when additional damage was found, they made sure that was addressed when I got the car back, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The car looked better than it was before the accident. They also handled the return of the rental car to enterprise for me, which was very convenient I was very pleased with the work that was done and the communication and the way everything was handled.
