The estimated time was a lot longer than originally thought and the broken glass in the side mirror (which was broken in the hit and run) was not replaced. But we are very happy with the work that was completed.

Overall the repair looked amazing. They made it look like nothing ever happened. The only thing that I wasn’t too over the top about was the communication. While yes I’m sure my insurance had one timeline and the shop had another, I would have liked to know that my truck was going to be pushed back a little further because of a part in order. The desk was informative which I appreciate but they sounded like they hate their life. Overall though the repairs were amazing and the timeline was good for the damage done.
