Initially, wasn’t sure how well a job Empire Auto Body would do on my vehicle, since my insurance company recommended Empire. However, words cannot express how extremely pleased I am with the finished product of my vehicle. Toni was amazingly easy to communicate with and get realistic timeframe of work to be done, the front end customer service was pleasant and returned calls-I also didn’t expect my car to be detailed when returned, but it was!!! Empire auto gave me nothing but the best experience with them. Like every other business you go to you have to have patience nothing can be done overnight. My truck looks brand new & they did an amazing job. There was a little confusion but Tony did a great job satisfying his customer and making sure I was happy with the confusion that took place. I would definitely go back to them to work on my vehicle. Great customer service & outstanding work! Thank you again
