Long time family owed auto repair facility that has been in business a very long time. Jim Mitchell and his partner Lee Enzenberger built the Bridgeview location in 1979. In 1989 Jim's two daughters Michelle & Anita started managing the business. As always, the business has provided top notch service both on the administrative and repair side of an accident. The ladies Rose & Michelle kept me updated on my car and what was going on. From my first contact they help me get my rental reservation close to their shop so I wouldn’t have to go out my way to get my car to the shop and have a rental readily available for me. They explained what was being done to my car and how long it will take to repair. I’m very pleased with the services and would take my car to them again.

The customer service was terrific. Rose & Michelle was very welcoming and explained everything that was going on with my car how long it will take to repair. They even got my rental reservation closer to their shop so it would be easier for me to drop off my car they also got me a ride to pick up my rental car. I would definitely recommend Enzenberger Mitchell.
