The work done on my truck was amazing. I had a truck repaired roughly 15 years ago or so, and I was impressed by Palmer and how they fixed it, and that is why I requested to have my insurance claim go through Palmer as well. The work that was done is fantastic. I did not want to write it the score lower because again the work done was truly amazing. Two concerns I have that have bothered me since I picked up my truck, or as follows. 1) I had a floor jack in a box on the floor in the backseat. It normally is in the bed of the truck, but because I wasn’t sure what was gonna be needed. I took the cover off of the bed of the truck and I put it on the floor in the backseat. When I picked the truck up, the floor jack was on the seats in the backseat. I put leather covers on the seats and I would never put a rigid box weighing 40 something pounds on the seat. That does not make sense to me, and I also don’t know why the floor jack was moved and placed on the leather seats. 2) I understand that people need to move the truck to go in and out and to do other things. I would understand if the seat was moved up or move back based on how someone would need to fit comfortably in the truck to move it. I do not understand why the seat was modified in such a way that I am still unable to get to the comfort of what the seat was left at when I drop the truck off. I am talking about levels going up and down back Support tilt all of the things were touched and messed with on the seat, and I’m not even comfortable in my own truck anymore because of all the ways in which someone moved and adjusted the seat. It makes no sense why someone would have to make that many modifications to a seat to move it in and out, depending on what they were doing with the truck. I am so annoyed and again I cannot get comfortable in my own truck because of how it was messed with. In addition to that, all of the vents were messed with as well, and I just do not understand why any of that stuff was touched. If we were just moving it in and out and Work being done on it I do not understand why that would be messed with tampered with as well. From the work itself, I give the rating a 10 out of 10 For how I received my truck, I am just as satisfied with how it was given back to me.

For the most part, everyone is very friendly that I interacted with. I appreciate getting brought in in a very quick fashion, especially during the circumstance of getting in a vehicle accident. I was OK because I was not at fault for the accident so I knew that nothing was going to eventually come back on me throughout all of this. But for some people, this is very stressful. And sometimes having sarcasm or dry humor when you’re dropping off a vehicle that is damaged, it may not necessarily land well or go well with customers. That is what I experienced when I dropped the truck off, and I did not care for it.
