Called me saying my car was ready when it was in fact not. Scratches all over the mirror caps which had nothing to do with the accident. Was told the polish guy took the day off so they didn’t get to polish the car. I would them rather waited an extra day to get that part done than to not do it at all. They also backed my car into a pole so when I pulled out the parking lot I heard a noise and when I checked later on I saw the marks on my rear bumper(also not part of the accident) not only do I not recommend I also would never go back.

Victor, the owner, took a personal interest in making sure our needs were taken care of from start to finish. You can immediately tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and about the quality of work his shop provides. The ECC team did an outstanding job restoring our car. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the whole process was handled professionally and smoothly. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a very positive experience because of the care and communication we received. Another big plus was that ECC provided their own rental vehicles, and everything we needed was handled right there. The cars were clean, comfortable, and top-notch, which made the whole process incredibly convenient while our vehicle was being repaired. Overall, this was truly an A+ experience. We are very grateful to Victor and the entire ECC team for their professionalism, quality work, and genuine care for their customers.
