The timeline was completely different than what I was promised at drop off (6 weeks vs 1 week). The team was not proactive at all. The cost was extremely high, I am very sad for my insurance costs.

All my radio stations were changed. My clock was changed. My Blue Tooth no longer functions, and I can't reconnect it. I look forward to telling the insurance company about all that was done to my car while it was in your care. I certainly hope they take their business elsewhere in future.

I certainly intend to bring it to the attention of the insurance company, with the recommendation that they take their business elsewhere.

Customer service is great I only wished that they would call me more often to update me on status instead of me having to call 2-3 times a week. Overall when they did answer when I would call they were nice and helpful.
