The bodywork on the car was good. My primary issue with European collision is the complete lack of communication. My car was in the shop for well over a month and until I started calling on a daily basis, I received no updates about the status of the car. I understand that the parts delay was beyond your control, but a little communication would have gone a long way. Many times I called and was told I would receive a call back, but did not. When I got the car back, it immediately started malfunctioning. I don’t know whether it was a Rivian issue or if it related to the repair. I brought it to Rivian and it appears to have been fixed now. Once again, I have heard nothing from European to follow up, confirm the car is working, etc.

The parts are sticking out, not in alignments, the camera has been compromised and needed to go to Tesla to fix it. brrr... not a great experience
