European Collision absolutely exceeded all expectations I had for handling every aspect of a very complicated and tedious insurance claim that took months to resolve because the provider was low balling the claim from fair market value to repair the damage. European Auto Collision not only repaired the vehicle to perfection but they went further by working with the dealer to repair supplemental damage discovered from the initial claim due to rain damage discovered upon the thorough assessment of the vehicle while it was being torn down for repair. They managed the entire process with insurance and were successful at receiving full financial coverage from provider. Something I was unable to do on my own for even a fraction of the claim and after many months of haggling. I am extremely satisfied with European Auto Collision! The customer service, the friendly manner of dealing with frustrated clients with their impossible insurance providers and exceptional quality of work and follow through! All went above and beyond and HIGHLY recommend!!!

My car was delayed due to Tesla”s untimely shipment of parts to repair the Tesla. However, Eves kept me informed on a regular basis as to the status of receiving the part. I think Eves did whatever he could to expedite the shipment of the part.
