I’m mostly happy with the service. It took longer than expected due to shipping delays, but I felt that European Collision Center did their best to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. That being said, I would’ve liked to receive more communication without me having to call almost daily.

This is hard to answer. The quality of the work you did on the car is 10 out of 10 for sure!! However, the process took many weeks and often phone calls went unreturned. The repair took longer than you estimated. But those are small things. In the end, my car looks like new!
