The completed work appears to have been done well. However, we requested that an estimate be provided for additional body work (unrelated to the accident that brought us to the center), anticipating that we would have the door of our SUV fixed as well once all the parts (to repair the accident) were received from backorder. However, we never received that estimate and the door was not fixed. This was such a missed opportunity, especially when we were told the shop would offer this to us.
