I would say if anyone asked me what body shop I recommend with no hesitation definitely hands down European Paint & Body. From the start even getting the car to the body shop they were on it the receptionist absolutely professional always with a great attitude never a let down, I mean when I called, they were able to answer my questions with confidence and that’s speaks highly about a business what that means to me that communication comes first and that’s means you have a great team working on your car all around. Sean did great job with just getting this job done it was not easy but he did a fantastic job thanks bro 😎 and to top things of Scott I have no words but to say Thank You to you and your team feel appreciated. Everyone was kind and courteous. The job was completed in a timely fashion. They did a good job on the repairs. They took me home when I dropped off the car and when the car was finished they dropped the car off at my home. They were very understanding and helpful.

Im more then unhappy and dissatisfied with the communication. While my vehicle was in the shop we had called a few times to get statua updates. We were told the person who deals with it was our to lunch the first time and would get a call back, we never did. So we called a few days later and was told the same thing, called the next day in the morning and was told he was still not in. Didn't get any information till my father had to physically come to the shop to get any information.
