The repairs were fantastic - well done. I sincerely appreciate the quality of workmanship. I would have appreciated more timely updates - and the emails that were auto generated were completely not right as you said to disregard.

I passed many body shops on the way to this "recommended" shop. It's a shame that a shop that obviously has the ability to do great work (my bumper looks great) has no knowledge about diplomacy or empathy. Seriously lacking in people skills. A "I'm sorry you feel your car was damaged here but due to your estimate I can't accept responsibility" sounds a whole lot better than "don't bring that car back here. You need to take it up with your insurance company. I'm not paying for it". I'm a reasonable person.

No estimate received. No conversation with anyone about the needed repairs. Message given to receptionist when car dropped off not relayed, had scheduled appt-called to confirm and was told they already had enough cars for that week so repair delayed additional week. Argumentive owner. Apparently he does not like to be asked any questions. Received car back dented but since I can't prove it wasn't there when I dropped it off no one cares. No one at Hertz or European willing to help me get from one location to another although I was told this would be possible. Nice email system but information not accurate. My opinion would be completely different if they knew anything about diplomacy and empathy. Way too busy for their own good. Too comfortable to consider customer service important. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
