why was a new light fixture put on the front on the driver side when u work on the other side. What real shock me when I got home I notice u had put on around 4 hundred miles. Can u explain that to me.I would like an answer from u as soon as possible.Thank u, Kathy

Great customer service!! I was surprised to get emails informing me of the status of the repair. Special Kudos to Andy. He greeted me early in the morning when I dropped off my car, explaining every single step of the process. When I picked up my car , he also explained what had been repaired and my car was was spotless. There was another gentleman with glasses that was cleaning another car that also was very pleasant and helpful. I forgot to take his name but he deserves recognition for great customer service that was provided. Thank you!

Everybody did an amazing job. I got a lift with Jose, the women at the reception were kind and friendly and helpful, Scott was attentive and personable and I felt really taken care of. And the car looks fantastic. Very impressed from start to finish, thank you all so much.

The car looks great but when I put the window up and down there's a scraping sound so now I have to take more time and come back out to the body shop. Little bit frustrated. Don't really have time to take off of work. I suppose the door was not reassembled properly. And or nobody checked if the window was operating properly.

having my car repaired at European Paint and Body was a wonderful experience. All the people there are wonderful and friendly. The work was wonderful as well. I hate having accidents but if there is one you can be assured that EP&B are the consummate professionals who do beautiful work and have very fair prices.
