Referring friends and family to your business is one of the keys to continued growth. I was brought to your shop by my brother-in-law because you guys did such a great job on his new 2026 van. After seeing that work, I trusted you with my own car, and my car was also completed very nicely. That is exactly how word-of-mouth works. I think you should consider starting a referral reward program. When someone refers a new customer to your shop, you could give that person a gift card, maybe $20 or more, as a way of thanking them for bringing you new business. Other forms of advertising cost money, while a referral comes from someone who already trusts your work and is willing to recommend you personally. A gift card could simply be the beginning of the program. As the business grows, the rewards could grow with it. Later you could offer discounts on detailing, upgrades, services, larger rewards after multiple referrals, or other incentives that make sense for the shop. The main idea is to recognize the people who are helping bring new customers through the door and give them another reason to keep recommending your business.

Only problem I had is that when I asked about how long it would it take for my car finished I was told 5-7 working days and I brought it in on July 13th and didn’t get it back until Aug 7th when it was ready for pick up
