Customer service was terrible, Lesly Rojas did not update me on anything about my vehicle and I had to personally call myself to get any information about my status of my vehicle also having her lie to me saying one thing and it would be ready by the next day and when I called a different representative Jennifer who was the only good thing about this place updated me and said a different reason why my car was delayed. Lesly Rojas couldn’t even give me the right info about my vehicle. Not only that when she showed me my vehicle at the end instead of turning it off she stalled my manual transmission vehicle why is she testing the car if she doesn’t know how to drive the car itself also another reason is why was my dash cam unplugged when they were working on my rear bumper there’s no reason for my dash cam to be unplugged unless they were hiding something so I find that very unprofessional of this location. The overall of the car repair was done very well. How would’ve gave this place an eight out of 10, but the customer service was terrible.
