We really appreciated that we were constantly updated by texts (with a phone # to contact if needed. There were a couple of delays which are always to be expected but they were not excessive delays and we got our car back when promised. The car was clean and the work was done beautifully. They even installed our new license plates for us.

They were very professional and very pleasant to speak with. I asked for my one license plate back so I could take into AAA for new ones they immediately went out to the car, left them at the front reception desk and I was contacted right away that I could come and get it. Upon pick up of the car, I believe her name was Grace (or Amber...sorry not good with names) quickly noticed that one thing was not attached and made arrangements for us to have it taken care of right away. Taylor at the front desk was also very pleasant to deal with.

Was satisfied with the work done but unsatisfied with the time it took to get my car when I first took it they told me 1-2 weeks and showed up 2 weeks later to pick it up then was told it was going to be 1 more week to which they said 1 part hadn’t arrived yet I had to pay out of pocket for a rental because my insurance only covered 2 weeks which was the time frame they said it would be ready I show up the 3rd week and then was told I was going to have to wait an additional 3 days so that’s the reason why I’m giving a 2 but overall the work itself was great they just need to work on figuring out the estimates they give more accurately and communicating with their clients ahead of time when a vehicle will be delayed for whatever reason
