If I could give an 11, I would. Everything was done expertly and timely. Even with delays due to parts availability, the estimated completion date of the repairs was within a few days. I cannot even tell that the car was in an accident. Great work.

The original estimate appointment could have been explained better by the front desk. Luckily, my insurance gave me an estimate so I was able to expedite the process. Also, the website should explain that you need to schedule an appointment for the initial estimate and not just drop-in. Otherwise, the customer service was great.

This is a mixed bag. The team were great in helping find a make=shift solution that allowed me to drive my car in advance of the estimate appointment and the ultimate bodywork. However, there was not great communications or updating me on the timing of the parts being available so I could bring the car in.
