I have already reached out to my service advisor and the General Manager to let them know of my experience and the recommendation to seek collision repair services elsewhere so that other customers do not have to deal with what I just went through.

You sent me an agreement showing $0.00 customer pay and asked if I agreed to the repairs. You did not include my deductible and it completely blind sided me at the end of this. I paid this out of protest but have already let Lexus of Sacramento know my feelings in depth and will go out of my way to not recommend your Auto Collision repair company moving forward.

Crickets from you all after I showed you the agreed upon repairs exchange. You ceased contact and went directly to my insurance and then Lexus of Sacramento whom I just paid out of protest. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience.
