They aren’t a “collision” center. Only auto body. 6 weeks after I asked to check if the car ran (and calling every week), they finally checked. It didn’t run properly. Sent to another shop and couldn’t tell me what had been done. So I drove it home. Called to inform them about a problem I noticed. Told me to bring it back (>200miles). Started pouring out fluid the next day. They had my car for over 6 weeks and never fixed it and sent me on my way. They made a poor attempt to get me a rental but ran into an issue given that I’m in another state. Still haven’t heard back from the owner. I had to call them every week for updates. Most the time, they had no clue and “would call back”. Never happened. After it blew up a day after getting it back, they asked if I wanted it towed sooner or later.

They did an excellent job on the bumper... paint matches perfectly. Customer service was over the top, from start to finish. Took less time, too, which saved me some money on the car rental. Have been telling my family and friends to take their business there... and I will if/when there's a next time! Thank you for being so good at what you do.

I was rear ended and took my car to Excellence Auto collision Center for repairs. The shop did a great job with the paint work on my vehicle. However, work was not completed by shop but received full payment. I found this out when taking my vehicle to my dealership and they couldn’t preform an alignment because my subframe was still damaged. I was shocked to know this was something that they could miss since I told them about the subframe when we spoke and I was rear ended so I assume there are standard procedures that they go by like checking that entire area for damages. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this shop unless you want a shiny paint job.

The ladies at the front desk are nice. Delilah helped me out and she communicated we’ll about the status of my vehicle. Although she didn’t listen well when I explained certain things to her about my accident because it wasn’t noted in paper work and was completely missed by the body shop upon the vehicle being returned to me and coming to find out I needed more work done.

Delilah was amazing. She stayed on top of the other guy’s insurance, even when they weren’t communicating with us. Everyone at Excellence was was awesome.
