I would have gave them a 10 but several times I tried to get info on my vehicle and no one would return my call. Also, they told me my vehicle was going to be delivered in the late afternoon and the car never came. The next morning, a tow truck yard called me and said that they have the car and that they would be delivering it. I had given no one permission to have my car stored in a toll yard facility that I was not aware of. I thought my car was with the excellence collision property so therefore I can never refer this facility to anyone after finding out that my car was somewhere else without them letting me know or asking me if it was OK

The car was at the shop for a simple bumper repair for two months and they forgot all about my car. If I didn’t call and ask if the car would be done soon they would still have it. Once I called I was told that it would be done that same day or the next day. What a big coincidence
