Executive always does an outstanding job on my vehicles. I have had a couple cars repaired by Executive in recent years and we never take our cars anywhere except Executive Auto to get repaired. My children also know that if they need body work on their cars, they call me to get an appointment with the team at Executive. They are the best.

There was no attention to detail. Two of the three parts that were replaced were damaged by Executive Auto Body (or they were damaged when they received them) and they either thought that I wouldn't notice or didn't even care to check their work in the slightest. The car came back to me with overspray on it and other places that had clearly been wiped but whatever they were wiped with left white residue all over them. Something dark was sprayed all over the headliner and made a very strong smell in the interior of the car. The tire pressure sensor was messed up and gave me a warning that said, "tire pressure sensor fault" and when I came to pick it up the second time, the gentleman who worked on the car told me that that warning came on because one of my tires was low but he filled it for me. I know for a fact that this is untrue. When a tire is low, the warning my car displays is, "low tire pressure". It's really insulting that he would try to pass off his mistake as my mistake because of a perceived lack of knowledge, especially when I do happen to know that what he's saying is completely untrue. I was thoroughly dissatisfied and will never bring my vehicle back to Executive Auto Body or recommend them to anyone.
