Needed new tires the moment I got my car back.

Worse customer service experience I ever had to go through!! Had to call just to know if parts were in, after waiting since January!! Once they arrived still never notified me I had to call just for them to say they were waiting for me as if I knew. Once they received the car to begin repairs, I had to call again two weeks later for an update!! Told me the car had finishing touches and would be ready Thursday. Called before going Thursday just for them to say the car was never ready and that something went wrong with the alignment. Still didnt communicate that. Went through all of this just to get the car to have to go to the dealership a week later for NEW TIRES. Which im sure they saw while “completing those finishing touches,” oh and lets not forget that one of the new tires that I had to pay out of pocket for were one of the tires they had just given me supposedly being new but it was already used. They never communicated anything! Highly do not recommend and will not be going back.

The bumper appears to be a cheap aftermarket product that has defects in it as it has creases in it and had black undercoating overspray on the chrome… also part the the bumper is still cracked. I have pointed out my concerns to them, and I am currently waiting for more parts to come in and ultimately, I am not satisfied with the current situation. I have been very patient as it took over 3 months to get the parts for my vehicle.
