They refused to return my receiver with a hitch ball on it without charging me a massive fee. All they had to do , literally, was remove a Clovis pin and take the receiver out of the towing assembly. They could have done this in two minutes for me, and set the receiver aside for me.

When bringing my vehicle check in was quick, any questions I had were answered, my rental was immediately requested by one of the receptionist and there promptly. I was kept up to date during the repair time with the status. When picking vehicle up it was again a quick in and out, they went over the vehicle with me before leaving. It looked great! Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and handled the transactions effectively. I highly recommend them.
