I would certainly recommend. It seems hard to find good professional help in the autobody world (based on reviews & word of mouth). So I was very relieved at my results.

Overall the experiece was excellent. Everyone was helpful and responsive and explained things very well. They spent time talking and asnwering questions. Awesome. Only thing I wished was that they tried to upsell me on the repair. I had a bumper that needed to be repainted but it wasn't part of the repair. I wish someone explained exactcly what would be covered and then offered a price to add on the painting of the front bumper (I most likely would have said yes if price was reasonable). I never got it repainted because of the inconvenience so since they had the car anyway, I would have done it then. I thought they might repaint as part of the repair and nobody ever reviewed what was included so I didn't know. Before work begins, you should review it and offer any additions that might be desired.
