Exotic Auto Body didn't just repair my vehicle, they completely changed my perception of body shops. They have raised the bar that I expect from all shops when it comes to quality of work and customer service. I want all my work done at Exotic and if not they better be as good as exotic or better or they just aren't doing it right. The end result of my repairs had my 2023 Telluride looking indistinguishable from factory new. I said to myself "how have I ever accepted anything less?". Customer service was excellent. The manager was extremely courteous, accurate in his timeline and respectful to all requests and questions. He was very clear, knowledgeable and provided you with a step by step of all that would be done in a manner that was very easy to understand. He could write a Auto Body Work for Dummies book if he wanted to. Communication was spot on. You call, Wendy answers and gets straight to the point. I never called Exotic and got a voicemail or long hold. It was always promptly answered questions and completed requests. I hope nothing happens in the future that would require me to need the services of a body shop but if worse comes to worse, they better be as good as Exotic Auto Body or better. FrFr.

This is one of the best body shops I had the pleasure of working with! Super efficient! I got my car back so quickly I was surprised! They are very honest and very reasonably priced. You can get picked up for your rental there and allow you to leave your car there instead of having to return to rental place. I give my highest recommendation to these folx!
