Each and every time I called They were very professional And informative about the process .. There’s a lot of companies that need to work on building customer service ! This is not that company , I am sincerely happy with their customer service and The way they kept me up-to-date when my car was at their establishment !! And from what I can see there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the body work to my car that they provided ..

Gary was friendly and customer service focused from the minute he opened the door. He was knowledgeable about what service I needed and initiated the conversation with his early efforts to get the parts I needed so I could get my car back the same day (and it was a Friday so that was a plus!) He lived up to his promise even after the supplier forgot to drop off part of my parts. I was pleased with my entire experience and would definitely go back and recommend Exotic.
