Initially, I went to my dealer for a diagnosis of the noise I heard in my front suspension, and they determined I needed struts all around for $3200!! I looked for a shop near me and read the reviews of EXSA and decided to try them. Nick found the problem to be my control arms and wheel bearing. Nick visually walked me through and also pointed out my differential coupling was about to fail. When I test drove my car I was amazed at the difference EXSA performed on my repair. Smooth ride and quiet. As Nick was sourcing parts for my Genesis he advised me on brand qualities for the same part. I keep my vehicles till they die. I have an '03 Acura MDX with 374k miles. Using quality parts will extend the life of your vehicle . I saved $1400 from replacing what wasn't wrong. EXSA is now my go to preferred shop. I've tried different shops on the Northshore and have discovered EXSA to be exceptional. I do not endorse in what I do not believe in. If you take a chance with them you will not regret it.
