There were many great things about this repair place, but the things that were "bad" were pretty annoying.

Was told that repairs would be complete on the 13th, but were not complete until the 21. Ending up having issues with car rental place because of it. I understand there was a death but no work was done on the car prior to the death. Also, the parts were never ordered until I followed up with them

I live in Virginia and the repair shop is in Connecticut, so recommendations are rather unlikely in any case, but I would recommend them to work with Kiana!

Delighted with the quality of the repairs. The car looks beautiful. My only complaint is the length of time it took to get any information about progress on the repairs. For over a month the only answer I got was “I have to look at it.” However, when Kiana took over the communications with me, she was wonderful—kind, informative, specific, and sympathetic. By the end of the second month I had my car back, and felt I had a new friend in Kiana. K
